Baby Shower

 My friend Misty offered to throw a little baby shower for us.  I told her she didn't need to, but she had said that she looked up the "rules" for throwing a shower if it's not the first baby.  If it's been 6 years in between kids, then it is "proper" to throw one haha !  I saw it as a great opportunity to have Pastor Chad do a prayer for us, asking that Amilya would be healthy and that everything would go smoothly with the delivery; and of course to thank God for this beautiful little miracle.

We invited church friends and my parents came up as well as my brother Glen and his family.  We asked my nephew Ty to take to pictures for us.  He took his job seriously and did an awesome job!  He was pretty funny...even took multiple up close shots of my belly, which will not be shown haha

 

 

 

 

We were given many wonderful gifts including beautiful blankets, outfits, diapers and wipes.  We have amazing friends and family!

I didn't post pictures of everyone there, but lots of people showed up.  Amilya had people loving and praying for her before even arriving!
