December 2013 Festivities

He did really well except there was one song that he was having a hard time with.  When they played that song, we could totally tell that he really wasn't playing through most of it, but he made a good effort trying to "look" like he was playing :) It was pretty funny!

Hailey mauls our poor cats constantly.  You would think they would get sick of it, but every morning when she wakes up and opens her door, the cats come running to her!

CHRISTMAS

 My mom wanted me to get a few pictures of the grandkids on Christmas

Let's just say, it's hard to get them to sit still for more than 5 seconds when they are preoccupied with opening presents!

NEW YEARS EVE

For New Years Eve we stayed in, started a fire in the fireplace and watched movies.  We had just moved Carter downstairs into his new room and he got a new bunkbed.  This was his first night down there, so we decided we would all sleep down there!  Bryan has this cool hammock that he hooked onto the bed, and Hailey decided she wanted to sleep in that.  A couple hours into the night neither Bryan or I were really getting any sleep because Hailey was literally inches above us and it was so uncomfortable.  All the sudden I notice a horrendous smell of urine.  Turns out Hailey peed herself.  This girl never pees the bed, but of course the night that we are lying underneath her she does!  We got her cleaned up and split off into our own beds!  Poor Carter was so confused when he woke up the next morning and there was no one in his room anymore!
