School's OUT!!!!

Above is a picture of Carter on his first day of school this year, and below is his last day.

Carter was a little sad on the last day, he enjoys going to school to be with his friends, but we'll do lots to keep him busy this summer.

Carter has shown a huge improvement in school the last couple months. He was really struggling with focusing and he was getting behind in his reading. I held off putting him on ADD medication, not really wanting to do it. I decided to give it a try and the difference is huge. He has a much easier time focusing and Mrs. Gettman saw a huge difference. We were very excited to see him doing well! We are proud of Carter for all that he has accomplished!

On the last day of school we headed to Willow Park to celebrate!

Ashleigh(Hannah's Mom) and I decided to get the kids Donuts for lunch which they were thrilled about!

The grass was covered in cotton from the trees and Carter thought it would be a good idea to roll in it.

After we got home a cute little basket with goodies and fruit was delivered to us.
It read "To: Krista, Carter and Hailey

Hooray Summer Vacation Is Here! Love, Dad"

So sweet of Dad to think of us and send us a special treat.
