CoMmiTted

I am making a huge goal for myself this next couple months, and wanted to share it! I figure if I write it down, it will make me all that much more committed right??? I will be turning 30 this Fall, and am a little freaked out about it! My goal, crazy as it may sound, is to be in better shape when I turn 30, than I was when I turned 20. I have been SLOWLY putting on weight the last couple years, and I know that as you get older, it is that much harder to burn off. Anyone who knows me knows that I am a Sweet Fanatic, and can never turn down dessert, and I think that is starting to catch up on me! I want to make this a lifestyle change that I can live with, no yoyo dieting for me; just more aware of what I am putting in my body, and not overeating the sugary stuff! I want to be healthy so that I have more energy for my kids and husband. I already feel happier and more energized. I am doing good working out 5 days a week, eating Better, and have done BEFORE pictures and measurements(boy was that scary!). Wish me luck on my endeavor! Sorry, you will NOT be seeing any BEFORE pictures:)

I hear ya about trying to stay away from the sweets. It is hard to say no. That is great you are trying to eat better. I need to do better at that. :)
